Nill: I love cookies and will eat them at every chance that i can get. Nill connect this to bit of a funny anecdote about why routines are important to me. So, a few months ago, my partner decided to bake some cookies. He was going to take them to work and give them to his colleagues. The next morning, he akes all the cookies except for two, and leaves them for her on a tray. And she ate those cookies by nine a m. She says we can all be impulsive with maybe waking up and checking our phone or secking email or going on social media. This is an example of not being very intentional about what i was doing
On this episode of the podcast, I spoke with Craig Kulyk. Craig writes about how to customize your morning to build better habits and be more productive. We spoke about intentionality, how routines set the tone for the day, how you can shift and adapt your rituals over time and more.
