Rand Paul's Obstruction of the Patriot Act

Rand Paul managed to keep the Patriot Act as it's called from renewing. He got in the way of aspects of it renewing, which is a big deal. The main fucked up thing about it is that the government cannot collect data on every citizen. It's a spy state. And so Rand Paul, who I don't know too much about, man, because he's like so polarizing.
