Loretta Rickenbacher's Statement on Sergeant Burke

Sergeant Burke engaged in a personal sexual relationship with Loretta Rickenbacher. He would respond to her calls on his beeper, pick her up, then take her to either a local motel, to his home, or to various parking lots where they would have sex. The conclusions made by the internal affairs investigators left us in disbelief. It convicted felon known to be actively engaged in criminal conduct including possession and sale of illegal drugs, prostitution, and larceny.
