Is America on the Brink of Civil War?

A survey has the americans thinking that we're almost on the brink of civil war. What's going on one and two, this id aglobal system failure and why aren't we talking about afghanistan, ethiopia, yemen? Well, to start with the question of global systemic failure, we are in a period of transition. The post cold war era is over. We've kind of come to the end of that cycle. And i think something that that mol has been talking about about, it's no onger about left and right. It's about those that are at the front of the line and those that were at the back of the line.
