The Life and Times of Robert Chambers

Robert Chambers was found guilty of killing a woman on New York's Upper East Side. His mother, Phyllis Shanley, emigrated from Ireland in the late 1950s and worked as a private nurse for John F. Kennedy Jr. She later married another Irish American man named Bob Chambers who became a heavy drinker after their marriage broke down. The couple had two children together before Robert killed his wife at age 20.
