How to Create Passive Income

Property investing is actually one of the best ways to create passive income. Once you've got your tenant in and all those things are set, then over the six month or twelve month or twenty five year tenancy, the income is passive. But remember I was naive at the start. And sometimes it's good to be naive because if you really knew how hard it was, you probably wouldn't start. It took me two to three years to get my first truly passive income. The property portfolio has hundreds of units and tens of millions of pounds now.
