In humans, we can very easily separate the strength from the endurance training. But in a race horse, essentially we just make them do more sprints. In some horses, we can start to integrate different exercises. If you're em if there's like hills, that's actually going up a hill engages a lot of the hind quarter as well. And so that is kind of a strength or a muscle hypertrophy type stimulus. Doctor w weve, we've seen horses being doped em. You dan an, go down and wear football reliton. They're already theyr.
