In business, there are three stages of failure. The first is failure of tactics, the second stage is failure of strategy, and the thirdstage is failure of vision. Great businesses are great at moving through this five step process as fast as possible in order to evolve. So if failure isn't bad, but is instead both a cost of growth and an expectation you should have of yourself. How do we make the most of failure once we invite it in?
