How to Pastor a Small Church
If you're bibokational and you work a secular job, I would encourage you that you should not work more than 60 hours a week. That means you have 20 precious hours to pour into your church if you work 40 hours. Use them well, delegate real strategically. You won't be able to sustain that. Most guys can't. And so and generally speaking, Brian, I want to be really careful with this because I guys who do this, they're my heroes.
