People who tend to use the ER for primary care the most are people for whom it costs the lease to do so. Medicaid patients like them in Utah, the co pay to go to the ER if you're on Medicaid is like three bucks. The person with the job with insurance and how deductible health plan, might be 1500 dollars just to have someone look in your ear and write your prescription for a moxacillin. But everything else is welcome open door why, you know what I mean.
