How to Prioritize Lifts to Maintain Strength

Brett: I would say prioritize lifts and put the lift on the back burner. Sometimes when you prioritize the squat, some people's deathlift goes up. To build strength, it requires focus and specialization. Take two months where you just try to focus on your squat and then switch to the deadlift for a while.
