The West Is a Beacon of Light

i think partly that we've lost faith in our own values to a large degree, and partly because i think they are being kind of criticised and undermined on both ide of the spectrum. Er, now, there's an argument to be had about whether we should be imposing our values in other countries. That's a different discussion. My concern is we have to be super confident in ourselves and the value of who we are. And b, you know, look, people don't like hearing this, but the west is a beacon of light to many people around the world. But given the option, a lot of people would like to live in a society that we would like to living in.
