Is There a Limitation to What an Elements Are?

There's an exciting programm at berkeley and then a lab in russia that's doing exactly that. And that's how we've made element up to one, 18, that we found lighter elements and we smashed them together to try to make heavy elements. But it's not easy for a couple of reasons.
