Russiansanstar seprate are armed and funded by the ucranian state. One of their big campaigns recently has been to get ukranian citizenship with azov support. They've been fighting against a russian army in the east, but for their own, essentially purely nasty purpose. The issue is, they have tank units, to have artillery units, like they're very heavily equipped.
