How to Treat Aortic Valve Stenosis
In some people it's quite an extreme fluctuation in blood pressure. Two-thirds of patients with aortic stenosis will be hypertensive. They're often excluded from our hypertension trials because of valve disease. If you've got mild to moderate disease and you've never had a syncable episode there's no reason at all not to follow the guideline recommendations.
