Is There a Timetable for AGI?
There is a whole community devoted to breaking down the definition of AGI into small chunks. They are now forecast sometime in 2028, I think, as the median likelihood for that to arrive. And I don't think that's far wrong. But I see so many people working on this. I see huge investments by China at the state level at the regional level. I see investments all across the world and so on. If you want to be more like 50% sure I might say about 2035.
