LZ Granderson: I think churches have to up the level of helping people learn how to understand their Bible more. LZ: It's important that wherever you are, just listening to Christians who are already part of your life or mature younger Christians. He says he would always keep an eye out for these things and talk about them in his church services. "I'm a lead pastor because I still lead a college age community group," grandfather-of-four adds.
