How to Reconcile Earth's Liturgical Calendar With Planets That Have No Longer or Shorter Solar Years
As long as the people are living in the solar system, my sense is they're going to keep the their calendars tied to the calendar of Earth. Now, there may be some a little bit of adjustment in particular in the case of Mars, because Mars's day is not exactly what an Earth day is but it's close enough. When it comes to Jupiter, it's got a 12 year orbit, you're going to have 12 Christmases in Easter's every year. And so it'll take you'll still have one every 365 Earth days, but in on a mark in in Mercury in years, that'll be every four to five years.
