April Tinsley's body was found in Fort Wayne, Indiana on the day of April's 18th birthday. In 1990, a teenage boy made a bone-chillin discovery near the intersection of St. Joe's Center and Schwartz Rhodes. The message had been scrawled on a barn in either pencil or a dark-colored crayon: I kill April Tinsley, I will kill again.
