People Over Profits - Is That a Confusion?

In many cases, what managers or executives are really doing is making heartbreaking decisions about well, we have limited resources. And so that often means that in order to protect these people's interests in our firm, we're going to have to lay some people off. So I think all of those things involved very closely involve people and thinking about individual people and improving people's lives.
