The idea is fractile cells of 20 to 150 people, that you can have as many of those cells as you need to do your work in the world. What i think you really want to avoid is you don't want to have an organization that's larger than, let's say, a hundred and 50 people. The decentralization provides maximum freedom for companies to adapt their business model depending on what they're trying to achieve.
