How to Choose the Right Planner for Your Needs

Most of the planners allow you to organize your list by category. You want things available already clustered so that when it is time to turn to project A, all you need to do is open that task list and you'll see what needs to be done there. The Outlook has a task manager but I don't find that particularly easier or helpful to use. There's another one called List and Do, L-A-S-T-N, not and the letter N, D-O, dot com that can sync with the iPhone.
