After his father's death, Marvin decided to give away 400 thousand dollars in sale money from the property. He did this so that he his estate couldn't be sued,. and they could collect that money from him. After he got back from the funeral, marve started creating sort of a manifesto. And part of this manifesto was written out on the dozers old for sale sign. It said, i always willing to be reasonable until i had to be unreasonable. Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things.
