When i was hiring for my leadership team, i would always make sure i took them out to eat. Because when you have people in that setting, versus a typical interview setting, they tend to let their guard down a little bit. It's more social. It gives you something to do besides just focus on the Typical Interview scenario. And i was always looking for how they handled themselves in that situation. If i saw elbows on the table, if i saw mouth, you know, chewing, i should say, if they were chewing with their mouths open, or any of those kinds of more a easy to spot ful paws, i had to judge him on that.
