The Human Mind Is Filled by the Outcome

When you have a patient and there is either a delayed diagnosis or previous groups of physicians have missed a diagnosis that you get to it, how do you think about that? I definitely view it as a learning opportunity. The human mind is not good at deconstructing the thought process. It's much better at judging outcomes.
