i think very enlightening when yo start that line of inquiry. Yes, i mean, it gets, it's much more interesting for a start. And and you have, you change the whole dynamic of the conversations that you're having. So if you want to get involved in that particular thing, or you have a proposal that involves you must talk to that person. It's not just unction. It's somebody's life, or that they they're caring about something. This can be as profane as looking after the flowers in the office, or something like that, and as important as employee salaries. The principles work the same way whether it's considered important or not.
