How to Deal With the Advice Monster
There are three advice monsters: tell it, save it, and control it. Tell it is that kind of nagging part of your brain that says if you're not telling them the answer, you're not adding value. If I don't have my hand on the steering wheel, chaos is going to come and I'm going to fail. So those are kind of the deeper, you know, to get into jargon, kind of ego states that drive our advice monster.
