The Process of Selling Your E-Commerce Business

Patrick Cudu: The process for us took from starting from when we put ourselves on the market to closing the deal was roughly 17 to 18 months. If you're selling an e-commerce business that's doing somewhere around, let's call it a million bucks an e-bit plus or minus, you know, a million somewhere from 500 tolet's call it two million. You're probably going to see multiples in the four, five, six range. Unless you're a massive, massive business, if you're a $10 million business around revenue wise, you're going to be valued on e-bit dot, not revenue.
