The aim of all things projection is about range. Can you project and spend little time doing it? That's how you get faster. The old adage we had a discussion the other day, the mathematicians and everyone would have been taught that if you want to get faster, you can't increase step length and increase step frequency. I think it's BS because actually if you attack the ground and have stiffness and have pretension, it allows you to be quick off the ground. But it also allows you to get a good projection, especially if you have enough air time. You can improve both. It's just about how you go about it and the discipline that's needed for it.
