The Importance of Structure in Interviews

When you go through it, are you surprised what's in there? I'm actually kind of surprised by how little surprises me in that. What I remembered is interesting is usually what was interesting. Are you very structured when you go into the interview? No, not at all. And also if you if you don't if it's not structured, you never know where they're going to lead you. Like they might lead you to their childhood list,. which obviously if someone was writing about you, that'd be that's great material. It suggests that you were you're highly sensitive to what other people think of you.
