Minnesota's Carbon Free Electric Grid by 2040

Texas and Florida are both experiencing the beginning of a malaria outbreak, hopefully the end too. Minnesota put forward this proposal to have all of our public utilities be carbon free by 2040. This comes on the heels of Governor Wahl's last year signing one of the largest electric vehicle requirements in the country.
