When you think about creating a great environment for people to be successful, what are some of the things that you think about? Hum that's a good question. You can't make the plant grow, but you can basically create the environment where a plant can grow. So i'd say curating th like hiring and firing people. That was the hardest thing for me, cause i tend to be quiet, nintroverted prior to the podcast.
