You can't control whether or not you're gonna have setbacks, but you can completely control your reaction. Like what happens in your brain after a setback happens is within your control. How you react influences how your co-founders react and how your employees react when bad things happen to them. And I think that's what's fun. You know, sometimes this kind of stuff happens at YC and it's, I actually like, I love it.
