First Corinthians, Chapter 15 - Compassion Is Hidden From My Eyes
Verse 14 is famously used by the apostle paul in first corinthians, chapter 15. But itis far from clear that the meaning of this verse is positive. Many commentators seem to understand its statements as rhetorical questions. The lord is not going to deliver his people from these great enemies. He is going to give them over to the power of death and summon forces against them.
