The Importance of Representations in Motherhood

Meghan's royal exit in some ways represents an escape from oppressive old school ideas of motherhood. Her representation remains in many ways quite circumscribed or limited by the things that they obscure. The more they are diverse, complex, not kind of perfect, honest, the more I think there is and there would be a space for allowing and giving women the kind of vocabulary to articulate difficulties.
