It has this stranglehold over the Democratic Party producing not only Bill Clinton's presidency but then Al Gore, then Hillary and then Hillary again. But I think there was attention there in the approach that Hillary Clinton took to 2016 where she was actually trying to play Barack Obama in 2008 against her own Hillary Clinton from 2008. The Democrats ended up with the worst possible candidate they could have had for dealing with Trump.
