I think for me, the most interesting book I read was Russell's history of Western philosophy. Most recently during the pandemic, I wrote the book Ideas by Peter Watson. It tells you about the history of human thinking from the prehistoric times to now. Now, what you find in this is, it's like little like going to your grandparents attic. There are lots of things there. Some of them are valuable because they are looms; some of them are just junk. And for you to go and discover. So the process of discovery is interesting.
The task of nation-building did not end with our founders, and does not stop at our politicians. It's up to us to build the India we want to see.
