What Is Gravitational Waves?
Newton's theory is not true. It works in some places because it's an approximation containing some truth, but strictly false. Proximations to reality are not reality. They are not the truth. And even where it works, Newton's theory never works exactly. The predictions looked at it high enough resolution do not correspond exactly to where any of the planets are. Mercury is just a spectacular case in point. So there we have it. Most of Mercury's orbit is explained by Newton. And just the remainder, just the correction is explained by Einstein. All orbits, all falling objects, all tides, every single gravitational effect is a manifestation of the curvature of spacetime. That
