New Orleans, a Little Bit of Escape Is M Through Alcohol
The city is 300 years old, founded in 17 18. Back then, the colonies were more protestant, utd. New orleans happened to be more catholic. It was settled by a motley mix of convicts and smugglers and prostitutes. The stage is set very early on for a group of folks who are a happy to en age in what might be viewed as licentious or excessive or disorderly behavior.
