Harold: I merely think of making sure that you're constantly thankful for everything. We take things for granted, especially in the sporting level. And often, you find yourself complaining at all the things you don't have and wish you had. So humility is a constant reminder to consistently be thankful for things. Every night in my book, I'll write three things that I'm grateful for. It's a really powerful tool that I've had to continue in this life after rugby. There's no point sort of hiding or blocking out the way that you're feeling you almost need to embrace it.
