One thing i'm really interested is, how do you start or figure that out? Most companies don't have the fortune of anet lastin or drop box early days. My theory is, if you pick a metric in a definition and then measure it, you're going to figure out pretty quickly if that metric is right or wrong. There's some beauty in failing, because it allows you to learn and get to that next step in your journey.
