The Healing Journey of the Last Five Years

Rai: For 15 years, i did nothing because i wasn't affected. But when i met and saw other survivors that had similar situations, i realized howq normal it was for me to react in the way that i was reacting,. And so a lot of my healing that's happened in the last five years has been because i've met other survivors as well. Rai: We see therapy a but good, affordable, accessible therapy is just not an option for many, many people.
