I think you learn a lot from practical play. I feel it's a better allocation of your time because you're studying things that are actually appearing in your games. For example, I've never had in my life had the Bishop and rook versus rook end game for either side. So I studied it every few years, but I forget about it because I never use it. And so I don't think it's very useful for me to spend hours studying this. But there is some value in like, you know, if it's never going to appear in your game, how useful is it to study it? The way I approach it is I spent about probably six hours on it overall,
