Social Media Platforms Are Not 100% Safe
Attorney Matt Bergman represents the Spence family. He started the social media victims law center after reading the Facebook papers and is now working with more than 1200 families who are pursuing lawsuits against social media companies like meta. Next year Bergman and his team will start the discovery process for the federal case against meta and other social media companies. A multi million dollar suit that he says is more about changing policy than financial compensation.
