Is Nancy Pelosi a Minority Leader?

Pelosi's way of being a minority leader was we're not going to have one defection. She just said, anybody who disagrees with me primary you,. Anybody that disagrees with me? No committee assignments. That's how she did it. I don't think Paul Ryan or any of the other past Bob Michaels of the old days ever did that.
