I highly recommend to most of my clients and anyone who did this exercise with us, put it everywhere where you can see it a little sticky notes. I also think it's fun to play with the words over and over because there might be some synonym that makes just feel better once you try it on. So you get to play with them as much as you want and you get to just exercise whenever something changes that you're like, okay, I feel like something's changing. It's time for change.
