Syndication Pro - How Do You Leverage Someone's Track Record?

I was a part of syndication pro at the time but I never actually used it to participate in a deal. So we were in think multifamily had a connection elite sponsor in the group that had a deal and this deal was in Jacksonville Florida 100 plus unit apartment complex. And he didn't know my lead sponsors so I kind of just realized this guy has a lot more experience than I do. He has the ability to raise a lot of capital as a big investor database. And he just has a more experience when it comes to just bringing more value than us alone. It really went well.
