There's a part of me that wonders if Boston Properties Group is last years or two years ago's ExxonMobil. But I would prefer to go for the highest quality name in a crappy sector at this stage of life because I don't really want to sell it on a re-rating. So I'd prefer to align myself with the really premium management teams.
