Are These Burned Busses Part of a Conspiracy?

Several spiracy theories have grown up around the protests in Chile. Most of the conspiracies center around the burning of three buses and an arson attack on a power company. Every chilean i've interviewed has expressed severe doubts as to whether or not these arson attacks were the work of protesters.
