I think part of how you get at that potential dissonance or gap between what I purport to believe and how I actually behave is, and this can be a little risky because again, we don't want to just become judgmental but heads in an interviewing process. But I pay a lot of attention. And when I was doing the hiring circle, really encouraged other members who were in other parts of the process to feed this data back. Not data about performance inside of the interview, but data about how people behaved around the process.
